  • Is nature calling you? 🌿🧐
To be quiet in nature is something that not all of us get to do everyday. If you’re not use to it, it might even feel uncomfortable. But when you allow it to touch you, and you feel it’s presence, there is not nothing more nourishing, soothing, and healing.
Research is showing that being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
In a time when so many of us are experiencing stress and anxiety, we encourage you to connect with the natural gifts of the earth. Take some time this weekend to connect with nature, slow down, and just see how you feel!
  • Waking up in the jungle is just soooooo invigorating 💫😍
  • The newly renovated bungalows are ready 🤩🥳 we can’t wait to share them with you! More photos to come 😍
  • Blissful moments 💫 Buddha hall (@haciendadelsolcr yoga hall) has such a special, magical, and healing energy. Surrounded by the jungle, listening to the birds, feeling the warm tropical breeze on your skin, you can just be and rest in the moment. Taking time for yourself to “just be” is so precious. 🥰
  • Tropical fruit and papaya stuffed chia seed bowl 💫 we’re already obsessed with coconut chia seed pudding and are considering adding a new chia bowl to our menu!! All in favour of added this to our menu comment below with a YES PLEASE!🙌🏼😍
  • Vitamin Sea 🌊 The roar of crashing waves, the fresh ocean air and
the humbling sight of
an endless blue horizon – there’s no denying the restorative effects of the ocean.

In fact, the sea is steeped in healing history with its extensive salt water benefits. Victorian doctors prescribed seaside trips, while the ancient Greeks soaked in the mineral-rich water.
A recent study also found that your proximity to the coast correlates to your health. Ready to dive in?
