Rebalancing is one of the most effective techniques for melting the body armor that our body has accumulated through everyday physical, emotional, and psychological stress. This armor locks us out of our body and prevents the vibrancy within us from fully radiating into our life.

Rebalancing Retreat consists of 10 bodywork sessions that progressively release the joints and deep tissue fascia. Using body reading, the therapist works together with the client to determine the direction for the sessions. Even though the sessions are individually designed, the basic treatment starts in the periphery, then sinks deep into the core, followed by correcting body splits, and ending in full body-mind integration.

  • 10 x 90 minute Rebalancing structural bodywork Deep Tissue Massages
  • All Meals – Full-service nutritionally balanced, sugar free, gluten free and organic cuisine – Hacienda del Sol’s menu is designed to support your highest wellness goals and chooses to not serve red meat but does serve eggs, fish and seafood.
  • All freshly pressed juices, coconut water, and teas. In order to support your wellness goals we do not to serve alcohol.
  • 20 movement classes (10 primal Yoga classes, 10 reflect and recharge classes)
  • 6 Guided adventure hikes (each week there are 3 scheduled hikes that will take you to beaches and up mountains)
  • 2 Sunset boat tours (Week 1 and 2)
  • Daily sunset beach shuttles
  • 2 Cooking Classes (Take some tricks from our kitchen home with you)
  • Hacienda del Sol's signature food 'to go' on the day you leave, in order to skip airport food.

Because the body needs time to respond and adapt to the changes in the fascia, this retreat is a minimum of 14 nights. However, 4 weeks is ideal to maximize adaptation to the new fascia patterns.

  • Movement and exercise are a great way to recover from stress. But often, our high intensity, “no pain no gain” mentality when it comes to exercise actually puts your nervous system on higher alert than when you started - preventing your body from entering rest and digest mode, where you can fully recover. A great tip for using exercise to balance your body and mind: after exercising spend a few minutes sitting or lying down (savasana anyone?) and try to completely relax your body, and steady your breathing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
