The daily activities (all included in the price) range from twice daily yoga, jungle hikes, daily beach trips, a weekly boat tour, and a weekly cooking class.
This retreat is for you if you are burnt out on physical and mental level. Through one on one movement sessions, and body work treatments, you will recalibrate your nervous system and get out of fight or flight and begin reactivating all of your natural healing systems.
