Our open-air dining room is the buzzing heart of Hacienda del Sol. An authentic Costa Rican style thatch-roof meal venue features a nutritious, creative, and delicious a la carte menu designed to support your well being fully. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, our gracious, warm, and local Costa Rican staff will make you feel right at home.New for the 2014-2015 season, we are pleased to announce a few changes to our menu that we think will better support our guests as they move through their healing stay with us.As always, all of our meals are packed with living enzymes, fiber, plant protein, vitamins, and minerals. Comprised primarily of raw vegan options, our menu of carefully crafted dishes is sure to satisfy, and is full of options that will work for you and your specific wellness program and goals. With the new addition of rotating daily cooked items like the Buddha Rice Bowl or hot soup of the day, and raw options like the Almond Burger, Tacos, or Asian Wraps, we invite our guests to explore the succulent tastes and textures of our local, seasonal, compassionate, and sustainable food and drink.  Also, after much discussion and feedback from our community and clients, we are introducing a few egg-based dishes as well, as we feel these options can help ease the transition from, and back to, how many folk eat while at home.

Our eco-bar offers fresh pressed raw juices and smoothies, all designed and recipe tested with detoxification and rejuvenation in mind. With lower sugar options like the Stress Reliever and the Green Detox to sweeter, rejuvenating choices like the Cultural Shock and the Before Sport, our juice bar is second-to-none in variety and quality.

The ingredients we source are always fresh, whole, and organic when possible. With the addition of our new 60 foot greenhouse and vast outdoor organic garden, our aim is to incorporate as much homegrown produce as possible, with daily harvesting and greens and fruit at the ready.

All menu items are free of meat and dairy, and are prepared with gluten free ingredients, with noted exceptions. Our kitchen does prepare dishes containing eggs, gluten, and nuts.
