  • 1 full ripe mango, cut and cubed
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon Maca
  • ½ cup fresh coconut meat
  • 2 tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut water

Place all ingredients in a vita-mix (or high-speed blender) and blend until smoothie is creamy.
