With so much health and wellness information available to us in various mediums, who’s to know where to start? Here at Hacienda, we attempt to share as much knowledge about health, nutrition, yoga, life balance, and self-care as possible in the typical 7 days we have with most of our clients. This is not a huge window of time to get across all the important stuff we wish to offer our guests as tools to carry their great and glowing selves back to their normal day-to-day living back home!
Indeed, we do offer movie nights, showing various educational documentaries about food, nutrition, and healing, but we also try to offer as much awesome arsenal as we can in the form of book titles, excerpts, and more, so that every person that visits us, is able to keep on learning even after they’ve hopped on the plane!
To that end, we have decided to create this page here on the blog, to list many of the movies, books, and other sources of knowledge that we feel beneficial to everyone that comes to stay with us, as well as any person that is looking to improve their own body and mind. If you have been here and spoken with our facilitators, you know that it truly is hard to “un-know once you know” all there is about detox health – so why not keep on learning!
