Coconut, caramel cookies


3 cups dried shredded coconut
1 cup dates, pitted
3 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
A pinch of finely ground sea salt


In a food processor place the dates, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut butter, almond butter and sea salt and mix throughly. In a late mixing bowl, add the content of the food processor to the dried coconut and mix together.
Roll into balls and place on a dehydrator of sheet. Press into uniform cookies with the bottom of a glass. Dehydrate for 12- 20 hours.
