Burger Buns
This recipe makes enough dough for 22 slider buns (including top and bottom)

INGREDIENTS😋
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
* 1 ½ cup almond meal
* 1 cup coconut meat blended with 1 cup of water to create a smooth consistency
* 4 tbsp ground chia seed
* ¼ cup flax seed meal
* 2 cups ground coconut  flour (ground to make a flour)
* 1 tablepsoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Grind the almonds into a meal.
2. Blend the 1 cup coconut meat  with 1 cup water until smooth and add the mixture to the almond mill
3. In a vita mix grind the chia seeds with the flax seeds and add the dry mixture to the coconut and almond mixture
4. Grind the dried coconut in the vita-mix to make a flour, then add it to the other mixture
5. Place parchment paper on a hard flat surface and press the burger bun “dough” evenly onto the parchment paper. Using a hard edged round cookie cutter, cut out the round shapes. Discard the extra dough. Place the burger bun rounds in the dehydrator for 24 hours or until they are firm. Do not let them get too crispy otherwise they will break when you bite into the burger.
