Rebalancing is holistic bodywork which is designed to release energy held in the body and mind as a result of physical or emotional injury. The Kootenay School of Rebalancing is designed to create a positive and friendly environment for students during the certification process. - REBALANCING BODYWORK TRAINING:

- Learning and applying the 10 sessions of Rebalancing Bodywork
- Supervised clinic hours
- Business orientation
- MEDITATION:
- Daily 1-hour sessions. Silent and active Meditation taught as a life tool.
