Kootenay School of Rebalancing

Rebalancing is holistic bodywork which is designed to release energy held in the body and mind as a result of physical or emotional injury. The Kootenay School of Rebalancing is designed to create a positive and friendly environment for students during the certification process. Hacienda del Sol Director Menhla is one of the premiere rebalancing instructors in the world.

Kootenay Course Curriculum

  1. REBALANCING BODYWORK TRAINING:
    • Breathwork
    • Bodyreading
    • Learning and applying the 10 sessions of Rebalancing Bodywork
    • Supervised clinic hours
    • Business orientation
  2. MEDITATION:
    • Daily 1-hour sessions. Silent and active Meditation taught as a life tool.
  3. COMMUNITY LIVING:
    • Communication skills
    • Emotional awareness and responsibility
  4. HEALTH AWARENESS:
    • Dietary needs
    • The importance of nutrition and our relationship to food
    • Finding balance: Integrating body movement and exertion
    • Positive changes and new disciplines
  5. NATURE:
    • Sensory development with the surrounding environment
