Cleanse Instructors
I have been interested in cleansing and ,health foods and super foods, since my grandfather started me gathering and eating dandelion greens. This was much more appealing to me than eating the normal things required to eat like meat and potatoes. So as the years went by as I tried many diets and accumulated information about what is healthy and what is not. I found I felt the best when eating a lot of green salads, drinking green drinks and not eating too much. Adding cleansing to a good diet 1 - 2 times a year was the key for clairty, rest and renewel. What I offer in cleanses is a relaxed and supportive environment for your personalized cleanse with lots of information to continue a healthy life.
